Connections for the D30 tube system

Fastening technology is at the core of the item LEAN Production building kit. The connectors are placed on the D30 profile tube and screwed tight, so frames can be built without welding or drilling and later released and rebuilt. Besides right-angled joints, inclined arrangements are also possible, as needed for flow racks, chutes and sloping shelves.

Versions and selection criteria

• D30 connector as the basic element, also with clamping lever for tool-free adjustment
• Angle, cross and parallel connectors for common frame nodes
• D30-45° connector and D30-90° angle strut for inclines and bracing
• Butt connectors at 30°, 60° or 90° for tubes joined end-on
• Ball connectors for freely adjustable angles
• Adapters and tube holders 6 and 8 plus fastening sets for combining with item aluminium profiles
• D30/D28 adapters for the transition to 28 mm diameter tubes
• Cover caps for connectors and tube adapters

Yes, adapters, tube holders and fastening sets for lines 6 and 8 connect the D30 tube to aluminium profiles.

What is the connector with clamping lever for?

For points that are adjusted regularly, such as shelf heights. It can be released and re-fixed without tools.

Which connector is suitable for inclines?

For fixed angles use the 45° connectors or butt connectors; for freely selectable angles use the ball connector.
