Connecting workstations into lines

When products pass through several workstations in sequence, linking them ensures that workpiece carriers, containers or assemblies are passed on without lifting and carrying. The components in this category form gravity or manually operated conveyor sections at item workstations.

Components and selection

  • Roller inserts D30: with or without flange for lateral guidance, in black and in signal red, signal yellow and signal green for colour coding.
  • Roller inserts 4xD11: also in ESD design, for smaller containers.
  • Ball transfer units and slide wedges: for areas where parts move in several directions, some in ESD design.
  • Roller track 8 40x40 separator: left or right, optionally with push button, to release containers one at a time.
  • Anti-rollback insert ESD: prevents containers from rolling back.
