Profiles cut to length and panels made to measure
We supply aluminium profiles from item and Bosch Rexroth cut to your length – in whole millimetres. Panel elements from the item range are available made to measure. The configurator calculates the price directly on the product page.
How the configurator works
- Choose a profile – in item: profiles & panel elements or Bosch Rexroth: profiles.
- Log in – you see the price as soon as you are logged in with your activated trade account.
- Enter the dimension – enter the required length (for panels: the dimensions) in millimetres on the product page. The price is calculated immediately.
- “Artikel generieren” (generate item) – the configurator creates an item with exactly your dimension, which you add to the cart.
- More lengths – repeat for each further length; adjust the quantity per length in the cart.
Your dimension then appears in the item description – on the order confirmation, delivery note and invoice.
Stock lengths
Many profiles are also available in full stock length (for item e.g. “Stück à 6000mm”) – useful if you cut them yourself.
Tips for ordering
- State the finished length: the length in the configurator is the finished dimension of the profile piece.
- Stay within one system: T-slot nuts, fasteners and end caps must match the line or slot size of the profile. More in our guide Aluminium profiles – lines, slots, cutting.
- Machined ends: Bosch Rexroth offers strut profiles with machined ends as separate items – recognisable by suffixes such as “M12/M12” or “D17/D17” in the description.
