Gentle stopping, reliable separation
At higher masses or conveyor speeds, a hard stop would put stress on the workpiece, the carrier and the conveyor. Pneumatically damped stoppers absorb the incoming workpiece carrier with integrated damping before holding it. The carrier is then released pneumatically while the following carriers accumulate.
Versions
- DBS series: numerous sizes, for example DBS-18, DBS-140, DBS-300, DBS-900 or DBS-3000.
- DBSS and DBSU series: further designs such as DBSS06, DBSS10, DBSS20 as well as DBSU-150 and DBSU-270.
- PND-67: equivalent to the DBS 20/60 according to its product name.
Selection is based on the mass of the loaded workpiece carrier, conveyor speed and installation situation.
