Panel Fasteners from the item Building Kit
Multiblocks, sealing profiles, cover and edging profiles, cage nuts and angle strips from item – for securely mounting panels, mesh and infills in profile frames.
Holding panels and infills securely in profile frames
Whether guard wall, enclosure, table top or cladding, panel elements need to be connected to the profile frame firmly and tightly, and in some cases so that they can be removed again. The panel fasteners of the item building kit offer two basic principles: either the panel is inserted into the profile groove and secured with sealing or edging profiles, or it is mounted on or in front of the profile using multiblocks, angles and clamping elements.
Selection criteria and versions
- Sealing profiles for panel thicknesses such as 2–3 mm, 2–4 mm, 4–6 mm or 6–8 mm, depending on line 5, 6, 8 or 12, on 20 m rolls
- Cover and edging profiles close the groove and frame the panel edge at the same time
- Multiblock and clamping multiblock in PA or zinc for mounting panels in front of the profile
- Multi-angles, angle strips and clamps for flat support and stable joints
- M5 and M6 cage nuts for screw connections in sheets and panels
- Clips, edging strips and self-adhesive sealing tape for simple assembly and sealing
The key factors are the profile line, panel thickness and material, and whether the panel needs to be removable later.
Panel fasteners at KSK Components
At KSK Components you get panel fasteners together with profiles and panel elements. Profiles can be cut to length and panels cut to size, so the infill fits the frame directly. Business customers see their individual customer group prices after logging in.
FAQ
Which sealing profile do I need?
Choose the profile according to line and panel thickness. The millimetre range, for example 4–6 mm, describes the panel thickness it is suitable for.
Insert the panel in the groove or mount it in front?
Panels inserted in the groove create flush, closed surfaces. Panels mounted in front with multiblocks can be installed independently of the frame and are easier to replace.
