Tools within reach and in order
A fixed place for every tool saves search time, simplifies completeness checks and supports 5S and lean concepts. Tool provision from the item Workplace System is mounted directly in the profile slot and can be adapted to the task without drilling. Tools hang within reach without taking up space on the work surface.
Holders and versions
- Hooks: in sizes 40x20, 40x40, 80x20 and 80x40 for tools, cables or protective equipment.
- Tool holder and tool slide 8: for hand tools; the slide moves along the profile.
- Spring balancers: in load ranges of 0.4–1 kg and 1–2 kg, so that tools such as screwdrivers return to their starting position after use.
- Special holders: holder 8 240x80 and D80, cup D80, quiver holder D70 (also inclined at 30°), magnetic holder and cloth clamp.
- Personal items: bottle and cup holders to keep drinks safely away from the work surface.
Many holders are available in black and grey, so you can match the existing set-up or distinguish areas visually. Select spring balancers according to the weight of the tool including cable or hose.
