Damped stopping at transfer points

At corner and transverse transfer units, workpiece carriers must come to rest at a defined position before being conveyed onwards in another direction. Corner dampers decelerate the incoming carrier in a controlled way and prevent hard impacts that would stress the workpiece, the carrier and the system.
