Guards and partitions from the profile system
Guard and partition elements turn a profile frame into a working safeguard: they hold infill panels, guide lift doors and monitor access points. Clamp profiles, clamp profile connectors and suspensions let you build partition walls and panel frames, while lift door sets enable vertically opening doors on machines and workstations. Compact safety limit switches and safety interlocks integrate doors into the machine's safety concept.
Selection criteria and versions
- Clamp profile system: suspensions, stainless clamp profile strips (20 m rolls), clamp springs, connectors and cross connectors for Lines 6 and 8.
- Lift doors: lift door guide set, chain reversal, counterweight guide set, bearing set and fall protection set.

Frequently asked questions
When do I need a safety interlock instead of a limit switch?
A safety limit switch signals whether a door is closed. An interlock also keeps the door locked until the machine has reached a safe state. The machine's risk assessment determines which solution is required.
Rigid or flexible actuator – what is the difference?
Flexible actuators compensate for tolerances and suit doors with a small swing radius; rigid actuators suit doors that approach in a straight line.
Why does a lift door have a fall protection set?
It prevents the door from dropping uncontrolled if the chain or counterweight fails.
