Connection technology for aluminum profiles
Connection elements are the link in the profile kit. They join strut profiles at right angles, in line or at an angle, and fasten accessories such as panels, holders, sensors or cable ducts in the profile slot. Bosch Rexroth offers a comprehensive range for slot sizes 6, 8 and 10. Most connections require little machining and can be released at any time.
Versions and selection criteria
- T-nuts (hammer nuts) for slots 6, 8 and 10 with M4 to M8 threads that can be swivelled into the slot after assembly.
- Slot nuts and slot nut strips, also in stainless steel, for fixed attachment points.
- Bolt connectors for slots 8 and 10 in various lengths for concealed end connections.
- Anti-rotation elements for slots 8 and 10 to stop profiles from turning.
- Adapters for D28L and EcoShape tube systems, plus anchors and mounting brackets.
